Brent has 20 years of experience as the business owner and manager of Culture Care Landscaping and a total of 31 years of experience in the landscaping industry. He has extensive experience in all areas of maintenance, irrigation, landscaping and snow removal. Brent is a certified irrigation technician.
Don has 29 years of experience in the landscaping industry and is competent in all areas of irrigation, snow removal, landscaping, and maintenance. He is a certified irrigation technician as well as a certified Allan block installer. He is also an experienced water feature installer, tree pruner and our small engines mechanic extraordinaire.
Sarah has a Horticulture certificate and a certified skid steer operator ticket. She is working on her red seal/level 1 ITA landscape Horticulturist studies. Sarah specializes in softscape and rockscape on-site design and installation and is also our resident social media expert.
Craig has 22 years of experience in the landscaping industry. Craig is a certified Allan Block installer and a certified irrigation technician. While pruning and caring for trees is his specialty, he has extensive experience in landscape construction and irrigation.
AJ has 7 years of experience in the landscaping industry and specializes in on-site design, walls, walkways, and equipment operation. AJ manages one of our large commercial landscape sites as well as many residential sites over the landscape season.
David has new responsibilities at Culture Care this season. He will be taking on a greater role with customer relations and people, project and equipment oversight related to our maintenance division. We are excited to have him on board in this new capacity.
Darren has 30 years of experience in the landscaping industry and has worked in all areas of maintenance, landscaping, irrigation and snow removal on commercial and residential sites since his teenage years.
Jackie currently holds a BCIT Accounting Diploma and Financial Management Certificate. She is also a certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner through the Canadian Payroll Association and a standing member of the same. She enjoys nature and loves animals.
Kerrie has 27 years of experience in the landscaping industry and her specialty is gardening and shrub pruning. Kerrie manages our maintenance division consisting of eight to ten employeesperforming duties at stratas, residential sites and commercial properties all over town.
Jon has 36 years of experience in the landscaping industry and he operated as a sole proprietor with his own irrigation business for 22 years before coming on board with us in 2018. Jon holds certificates in horticulture (1986) and irrigation (BCIT 1988).
